We welcome you to step inside and get a behind-the-scenes look at our manufacturing processes. From the first stage in our sawmill where we cut the wood frames to sending your pieces safely on their way out the door, you can see it all step-by-step here.

With 5 manufacturing and operations sites located across the US in North Carolina, Mississippi, and Ohio, we are dedicated to the quality and distinction of the “Made in America” label. Customer Service Kellex furniture orders are entered and managed through our Customer Service/Project Management Department at the site of our first office.

Sales and Marketing Our Sales team including Quotation Specialists and Marketing and Social Media team are based out of Hickory, NC.

Upholstered Seating Manufacturing Complex, Foam Fabrication Plant, Saw Mill Fully Upholstered Seating is manufactured at our Valdese, NC location. Also on-site at our manufacturing complex are a sawmill for wood framing, a foam fabrication plant and a complete finishing operation.

Upholstered Seating Manufacturing Complex, Saw Mill Fully Upholstered Seating is manufactured at our Tupelo, MS location. Also on-site at our manufacturing complex is a sawmill for wood framing and complete finishing operation.

Wood Products and Upholstery Manufacturing Complex Wood Products and Fully Upholstered Seating are manufactured at our CNC Machining Center in Roanoke, VA. Our on-site engineering and product development group uses state-of-the-art programming that interfaces directly with our production operations.
